We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

🎉🎂 Please join us in celebrating Mrs. Rendon’s 100th BIRTHDAY! 🥳 Born and raised in Robstown, Mrs. Rendon is the youngest of five siblings and spent sixty-five wonderful years married to her husband. Though she never had children of her own, she lovingly spoiled her nieces and nephews — many of whom joined us to celebrate her milestone day. 💙

We were honored to welcome Mayor Martinez, Fire Chief Zapata, and members of the fire department who came to wish her a very happy birthday. When asked about reaching 100, Mrs. Rendon humbly shared: “I lived a quiet life, worked hard, and loved my family for 100 years because God let me.”Happy Birthday, Mrs. Rendon — what an incredible life and legacy! ✨

Thank you to our Dietary Department for the wonderful refreshments that were served, as well as a huge thank you to our local HEB for donating a birthday cake!

This month, we partnered with the San Pedro Fine Arts Academy to donate school supplies to their students so that they can start off this school year on the right foot!
