💜 April is Sexual Assault Prevention Month 💜

Sexual assault affects people of every age, background, and community — and prevention starts with awareness, education, and support. This month, we stand with survivors and work to build a safer, more informed community for everyone.

What prevention looks like:
🌟 Understanding consent — it must be clear, freely given, and ongoing
🌟 Challenging harmful attitudes and behaviors
🌟 Supporting healthy communication and boundaries
🌟 Looking out for one another and speaking up when something feels wrong

What support looks like:
💙 Believing survivors
💙 Offering compassion without judgment
💙 Connecting people to safe, confidential resources
💙 Encouraging healing at their own pace

Our Family Planning Team is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and confidential space for anyone seeking care. You deserve to feel safe in your relationships, in your community, and in your body.

Together, we can create a culture where respect is the norm and safety is shared by all.

🧡 April is STI Awareness Month 🧡

STIs are common — and so is getting tested. This month, we’re focusing on education, prevention, and empowering our community to take charge of their sexual health with confidence and without shame.

Knowledge is powerful:
🌟 Many STIs have no symptoms
🌟 Regular testing helps protect you and your partners
🌟 Most STIs are treatable, and many are curable
🌟 Early care prevents long term health problems

Prevention is simple:
💛 Use condoms consistently
💛 Talk openly with partners
💛 Get tested regularly
💛 Know your risk factors and ask questions

Our Family Planning Team provides confidential testing, treatment, and education in a supportive, judgment free environment. Your health and your privacy matter — and we’re here to help you stay informed and protected.

Let’s work together to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and make sexual health a normal part of overall health.

💛 Endometriosis Awareness 💛

Today, your Family Planning Team is standing with the millions of people affected by endometriosis — a condition that can cause chronic pelvic pain, heavy periods, fatigue, and fertility challenges.

Endometriosis is common, but it’s often misunderstood or overlooked. Many people spend years searching for answers, and no one should have to navigate that journey alone.

✨ What we want you to know:
• Severe period pain is not something you just have to “push through”
• Endometriosis can affect anyone with a uterus
• Early evaluation and management can improve quality of life
• Your pain and your experiences are real — and they matter
• Support, information, and compassionate care are available

If you’re experiencing symptoms or have questions about your reproductive health, our clinic is here with confidential, judgment free support. You deserve to be heard, believed, and cared for.

Raising awareness helps bring earlier diagnoses, better treatment, and more understanding.
