March is also Self-Harm Awareness Month, a dedicated time to increase understanding of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), reduce stigma, and encourage those struggling to seek support. It aims to educate on warning signs—such as unexplained injuries, isolation, or inappropriate clothing for the weather—and promotes compassionate, evidence-based help for individuals such as adults and adolescents.
Feel free to contact us if you or someone you know is struggling with self harm and are in need of additional support or resources. There is hope and the journey can start now ☀️💛
