A lot of caregivers are concerned about bringing in outside help, like a care manager, because they think that a care manager will take over the decision making process. Caregivers always remain the captain of the ship- the care manager helps them navigate the waters.

This three part series supports Dementia and Parkinson’s care partners with practical tips and expert guidance, allowing caregivers to connect and learn about resources online. This educational series was created by Marlene S Ceragno, the Director of Caregiver Services and Outreach in the Senior Department at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades.
