AVOID NECK PAIN ! Rachel's tip for the week.

Take care to cover your neck area as much as possible with a light jacket in the morning or even a light scarf. This is the time of year where neck pain becomes more prevalent. You walk out in the morning without the correct gear and a gust of wind hits your neck. Instant tightness and pain follows.

'Tis the season for Butternut Squash ! And what better way to enjoy than with a fresh new recipe for Butternut Squash Pizza on Naan Bread ! One of our favorite meals this time of year from our friends over at on Instagram! 🎃

Ingredients:
1/2 Butternut Squash, peeled and Diced
4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin slices
12 sage leaves, stems removed
2 naan
2 (4oz) balls burrata
Salt and Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Add Butternut squash to a parchment-lined baking sheet, and toss with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper, and bake for 30 minutes or until squash is soft.

2. While squash is cooking, heat up 2 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Add red onion, and saute for 7-10 mins or until onion are soft but starting to get crisp on the edges. Set aside. In the same pan, heat up another 1 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Add the sage leaves, and fry for one minute until crisp. Immediately remove from the pan and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

3. If using frozen naan, heat up according to the package. Otherwise, add naan to a baking sheet and drizzle on a little extra virgin olive oil. Top with the sauteed onions and cooked squash. Tear the burrata with your hands, and scatter of the squash and onions. Top with the sage, and bake for 5 minutes. Then broil on high for 2 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with crushed red pepper. Cut into slices, and serve warm.
