What you’ll do:

*Collect and respond to all communications - voicemails, emails and texts
*Maximize scheduling and routing to meet efficiency goals
*Notify technicians of any schedule change, additional appointment information or special instructions -garage codes, key locations, additional phone numbers, etc.
*Manage client database and monitor accounts receivable
*Maintain an understanding of industry practices and products

The Dispatcher / Office Manager role is critical to the smooth operation of the company. The OM serves a number of key roles including acting as the primary information hub for technicians, scheduling efficiently, communicating with customers via a number of channels and handling accounts receivable.

The OM is also elemental in ensuring that all customers have an amazing experience with The Sprinkler Guy. This includes friendly and proactive communication and savvy complaint resolution. The OM will spend significant time each week interacting with technicians and the Operations Manager. In order to maintain an understanding of industry practices, the OM will participate in on-the-job training as necessary.
