Our dedicated staff is comprised of a full-time Manager and Assistant Manager who share responsibility for day-to-day operations under the guidance of our Director of Operations. Certified Nurse Assistants, Resident Assistants, Dining Staff and Housekeepers round out our team of providers who ensure residents’ needs are met while respecting and promoting their independence and privacy. Resident independence is supported, for example, simply by the nature of apartment-style living. Each resident is provided with keys to both the building and his/her individual apartment. With such 24-hour access, residents may come and go as they wish and privacy is merely a matter of retiring to one’s own apartment and closing the door. Each resident’s apartment is as unique as its occupant. Because the apartments are unfurnished, residents are able to fill them with their favorite furniture, personal mementos, and cherished belongings.
