G.A.I.L.Y. Foundation DBA Virtuous Woman of Color Purple, Inc is NOW a tax exempt veteran organization under federal tax code 501(c)19 with an effective date of May 6, 2020. Thank you Lord and the agents of the Internal Revenue Service. It is not register with guidestar.org yet. You may check the IRS website search tools for tax exempt status of organizations.
Goal is to have 167 military veterans and/or spouses members of this organization by the end of this year to help those members with in-home help services, information systems services and support, fiduciary services, or legal planning.
It costs approximately $700 a month per member to make sure each member is getting the help they need to be able to sustain throughout the year. Sponsorships and/or donations are accepted via paypal.me/gailyvwcp.

This organization is NOW a tax exempt organization under 501(c) 19 code, a veteran organization with the effective date of May 6, 2020. We have our own tax exempt status.

My role is to facilitate the class and encourage and guide my class members.
Dave Ramsey, Rachel Cruze and Chris Hogan will teach the lessons. I will not teach principles that are not supported by the curriculum. (Trust us—this stuff works.)
Every family who attends my class must purchase a membership to Financial Peace or have an active free trial.

We had filed our 501c(19) private foundation tax exempt status for this organization. We will no longer be a principal organization to the fiduciary organization who we are tax exempt with. This is good news for us, and sorry that it has taken so long, but we have done extensive research to determine what is the best tax exempt status for us.

Fundraising for Guardianship/Conservatorship filing fees.
VWCP, Inc. is an agency that serves people that are mentally challenged and need assistance with their daily activities...many of these people are very low income and cannot afford to pay for filing fees.

This agency is equipped to serve those individuals...however we need help from the community to pay for things such as court filing fees, transportation costs, postal costs, paper costs, file folders, and server storage costs. The founder of this organization has been providing costs of these services for 10 years now. Your help is greatly appreciated in helping to secure and provide help to those that need it most - Our seniors and mentally/emotionally challenged individuals.

GAILY Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides support and resources of those that are trying to help themselves. This organization is a mobile mental healthcare organization and need an office space to assist clients at and to secured space to the clients we served. With the founder of this organization being a guardian and conservator/ power of attorney to people, she needs a secured office space to meet with her clients.

Fundraising for office space for one year is very much needed. The monthly cost for the office space is $220 a month payable to ShareSpace of Rochester.
