Two locations staffed by 3 Physicians, 1 Physician Associate, 2 Nurse Practitioners and over 20 friendly staff members. Rochester Hills & Shelby Offices are open by appointment during regular business hours:

Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
*closed for lunch 12:15- 1:30 pm

Saturday 8:00- 11:00 am; Rochester Hills office only

We accept PPO, HMO and a wide range of insurance policies.
