In May 2025, the Elite Team reached another milestone!

Led by Dr. DeClaire, they became the first in Michigan to perform an uncemented partial knee replacement using robotic-assisted technology.

Designed for patients with localized knee arthritis, this bone-preserving, minimally invasive implant allows for faster recovery and excellent long-term results while preserving all ligament structures, including the ACL.

“Our goal is to provide more options, better outcomes, and faster recovery, in addition to returning patients to their pre-injury level of activity, including high-level athletics,” Dr. DeClaire says.
