Meet Will, one of our new therapists on staff!

Will is passionate about helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves. He believes that our life experiences shape the beliefs we hold—and those beliefs influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In therapy, Will creates a supportive space where you can explore these patterns and work through the challenges they may bring.

He has experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, anger, grief, life transitions, and relationship conflict. Will recognizes that every person is unique and takes a collaborative approach to help you identify and achieve your goals.

With a focus on openness and transparency, Will strives to make therapy feel approachable—whether it’s your first time or you’ve been before. He integrates techniques from DBT, CBT, and person-centered therapy to meet you where you are.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is easy to talk to, respectful, and truly invested in your growth, Will is here to walk alongside you.

Meet our newest therapist!

Ericka, LLPC, brings a collaborative and affirming approach to therapy—meeting you exactly where you are. She works with clients, not at them, helping you identify where you want to go and supporting you along the way (with a little humor when it fits).

When appropriate, she may invite somatic awareness or gentle movement into sessions as an option for those who find it helpful. She believes healing isn’t just about changing thoughts—it’s also about listening to the body and honoring the parts of ourselves that have developed to survive.

Ericka also supports parents of neurodivergent children and individuals exploring their own “neurospicy” identities

Ever catch yourself thinking:

"I'm probably being annoying."

That thought can feel incredibly real — but thoughts aren't always facts.

Our minds are wired to jump to negative interpretations, especially when we're feeling anxious or unsure.
One CBT skill is learning to pause and challenge those automatic thoughts.

Try asking yourself:

1. Is this thought based on facts or assumptions?
2. What evidence actually supports this belief?
3. What evidence might contradict it?
4. What would I tell a friend who had this same thought?

Often the harsh things we say to ourselves are things we would never say to someone else.
You are not your thoughts — they are simply mental events that can be examined and questioned.
Have you ever caught yourself thinking this way? Comment below.

If overthinking or social anxiety is something you struggle with, therapy can help you learn tools to challenge those patterns.

Worried your therapist might not be the right fit?
That’s completely normal. 💬

Therapy is a relationship — and sometimes it takes meeting one or two therapists before you find the one who feels right.
If you ever feel like it’s not clicking, it’s okay to speak up. A good therapist will understand and even help you find someone who’s a better match.

💡 The goal is your growth, not forcing a fit.
