some new faces, + some old… all coming together to practice with one another. there’s nothing better.

the very final class in this year’s series of [flights by candlelight] is next Wednesday, the 12th at — the registration link is live on the yoga+ website and spots are becoming limited quickly.

𝐥𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐠𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠

join us for a [sweet] flow in the orchard on Tuesday, September 10th.

open to all levels, this 60-min power vinyasa flow will build a little heat + create space to drop into the present moment.

[yoga with a twist] after, we will explore the orchard + each pick a half peck of apples. what better way to welcome in fall? 🍎

the second in this year’s summer series. 🌿

although, this [yoga in the orchard] will be a bit different than its sister karma classes —

on Tuesday, July 30th, we will wagon ride over to the apple orchards for a power vinyasa yoga class [open to all levels] and will stop by the flower fields for [u-pick flowers] with to build beautiful, homegrown bouquets. 💐

we’re backkk! [yoga in the orchard] is making its return this summer, in partnership with 🍎

let’s catch a wagon ride over to the orchard, flow together [power vinyasa] + come on back to the tasting room for a flight of local ciders [all included in your ticket]

a portion of the net profit will be donated to — a local animal rescue shelter with roots dating back to 1873 in the Rochester community.
