Greetings! We are excited to bring the many benefits of Sauna to the Greater Rochester, MN area. Our mission is to make these benefits more accessible to more people, especially to those who would like to experience a wood fired sauna in a setting of their choice. We support the complimentary health community and aim to develop a more robust sauna community locally.
