One of the absolute best weeks with our night and princesses. We learned that true beauty comes in the form of Bravery, taking healthy risks, appreciating the things that we have, problem solving through hard things, and trying hard things! Through literature, movement to show that exercise can be fun, and using our art and craft side, we had an amazing time. I can't wait to spend more time at our kids classes in the fall with amazing human beings!

Okay everyone here is our raffle ticket winner for @northpawrescue and thanks to our friends @sspetwash ... the first five pups that are adopted well get a $20 gift card to the Pet Wash. We also donated three bandanas for the first three dogs that get adopted. Those were made by Creative Waves Designs and they say "It's My Gotcha Day"!
Thank you to all the support that you give our @lionandlambfitness community so that we are able to support the people that attend the studio, as well as the people and animals in our community. Here's to planning the next one! Any suggestions?
