✨ANNOUNCEMENT✨
Hi all my lovely friends, after a lot of time and thought I have decided to leave the studio. I no longer will be offering weekly classes. This was a hard decision for me but life has felt very busy and honestly I have been overwhelmed. So in response to this I’m giving myself less weekly responsibilities.

My last class at the studio will be June 24th at 9:30am! Sign up on my website (link in bio).

Don’t worry im not done teaching! My plan is to do more pop-up style classes and I will still be offering private sessions. ☺️

Thank you for all the support and love I have received on this journey and hopefully you will stick around to see where this journey takes us! ❤️

Can’t believe it’s June already!! With this nice weather I have been spending as much time outside as possible ☀️ soaking in all the vitamin D!

Also this new month brings a new class! I have been getting requests to do a more Yin style class…so here it is! The class will be starting June 13th. And will be every Tuesday at 6pm moving forward. Who excited?!?

CLASS UPDATE✨
I’m excited to announce that starting Tuesday June 13 I will be teaching an yin/restorative yoga class at my studio! It will be on Tuesdays from 6-7pm.

This class will be slow paced with the purpose of connecting to your body, grounding, and breath work!
