Answering a few questions that we keep getting about the upcoming Spirit Organic prenatal yoga teacher training!

1. If you have a scheduling conflict that comes up during a training weekend, you can join via zoom or watch the recording of the weekend. No problem!

2. If you need a payment plan, reach out to Molly! We will work with you and your financial needs.

3. You DO NOT need to be a yoga teacher to take this training! Anyone interested can join and become a Spirit Organic certified prenatal yoga teacher. For the yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance, you can become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT).

📣 Exciting dance announcement for all you local Roc area dancers! Bill Evans Dancers Workshop at Nazareth University, June 22-26, 2026! A five-day workshop in Somatics, Evans Technique, and Repertory (Bill will set part of Craps… some of you know this wild dance in a 7 already…!)

Had so much fun with this afternoon, leading a prenatal yoga segment for the 200-hr teacher training! Such an engaged group of trainees and such a joy to share about teaching prenatal yoga!
