Fernando Echeveste returns with his Yoga & Reiki class beginning Sunday, August 3, 2025, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

The class format is: the first 40 minutes of the class is a Vinyasa flow incorporating Qigong movements that integrate seamlessly into a nice flow and smooth transitions. In the last 20 minutes, people rest in Savasana and Fernando offers (based on the person's choice) hands-on or hands-off Reiki. The style of Yoga-Qigong combined with Reiki makes this class very unique.

​Please wear comfortable clothing that allow for unrestricted movement. You can bring your own mat and props or we have mats and props available in the studio. Cost $20

This Coming Friday, July 25 marks a Leo New Moon and an opportunity to balance, heal and align our 7 sacred energy centers, the Chakras. We will set intentions, and journal to integrate the information that our wise bodies communicate as we use restorative yoga postures, Crystal Singing Bowl Solfeggio Frequencies, essential oils, tuning forks, chantin, breathwork and meditation to resonate with these amazing aspects of our physical and energetic beings. Please bring water and comfy clothes to enjoy this relaxing and insightful experience. Opportunities to share and build community will close the circle as our hearts open to the wonder of how marvelously we are made. Please come to the door with cash if online registration is not in your flow. Love and Aloha
