HIRING BONUS: $250.00 after 120 days on the job!

Quality Care restores independence and revitalizes our clients' lives through support services. Our assistance services include:

companionship, interpersonal connection, and emotional support
meal preparation, household chores, and laundry
transportation for doctor's visits and errands
other assisted living skills
medication administration
About the Role: We seek team members for full and part-time workers for the day, evening, and weekend shifts Monday - Sunday. Shifts available: 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, and 10 pm to 6 am. Locations currently hiring include Rochester, MN.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The home health aide is responsible for providing direct care to assisted living Residents.

The ideal candidate will have the following traits: reliable, compassionate, patient, engaging, and detail-oriented. In addition, caregivers must be able to manage their time and operate independently and effectively.
