A reminder for the woman who feels frustrated with herself lately:
You are probably carrying more stress than your body was ever designed to handle.
The mental load.
The rushing.
The multitasking.
The pressure to keep going even when you’re exhausted.
Many women blame themselves for feeling tired, emotional, foggy, reactive, or unmotivated… when their nervous system is simply overwhelmed.
Sometimes healing starts with:
slowing down
nourishing yourself properly
sleeping more
stabilizing blood sugar
getting outside
saying no more often
supporting your body instead of punishing it
Part of self care is to sit down without feeling guilty, to do something you love even though there are a million other things you need to get done, and accepting that you too may need a rest. 🪁
