The mind- body- spirit connection is powerful and undeniable. This statement is the base of my practice, the base of the healing that I want to perpetuate in my own life as well as in the lives of others. When we are able to recognize and nurture all aspects of ourselves we feel better in life ; a whole lot better.

Every choice we make, everyday is an investment .

We have to invest into ourselves , invest into our physical health and spiritual wellness.
Release old patterns and people that no longer serve us or our highest good. Life is to darn short. You don’t like something in your life? Change it. You want this or that? Go after it. It’s a never ending practice of knowing your worth and putting yourself first. It’s getting back up after you’ve been beaten down time and time again ( life will do that to you) . Give yourself grace for being human, do what works for you until it doesn’t work anymore then figure out what works again. It’s a willingness to learn and change as we go.

I’m really thankful for the opportunity to continuously help myself and help others , thank you to everyone who has supported me always especially over the past year. To ALL of my clients you are awesome. Seriously thank you for your kindness and support in so many different ways. It truly blows my mind and heart away. So thank you and take care, I’ll see you next year 🌞

Relaxation 🌞

Many of us feel a constant pressure or prodding to be productive. We might feel guilty trying to relax or maybe we feel like we are missing out like we need to stay connected to our phones and other people.

Empathize with the part of you that’s having trouble relaxing. It’s okay. We don’t want to make that part of ourselves feel bad or wrong because then you will just be in an inner conflict, which isn’t relaxing .

Instead, you want to understand it. Once you understand it you can collaborate and find a way that relaxes that part of you too. There are many ways to practice the art of relaxation. The key is to figure out what works best for you and then try to incorporate different relaxation strategies into your daily routine. Doing so is as vital to your health as brushing your teeth and getting enough sleep.

I encourage you to take a few moments throughout your days just to try to set your phone down, drop your shoulders, take a few deep breathes and just let yourself be.

It can be really hard to summon up the energy to take major steps towards self-care. Massage is a great place to start as it helps to alleviate depression, aids sleep and works to increase immune system function/overall well being.
