My name is Amy Aronson and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, prenatal yoga instructor and owner of Birth & Bloom PT. I have a speciality in obstetrics and pelvic health and a huge passion for perinatal wellness. My work revolves around educating and empowering women to have the most beautiful, healthy and positive pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. I created this space after giving birth to my son, when I realized first hand how important it is to have resources, community and support throughout this monumental time in your life. Having a baby changes you in so many ways! My mission is to expand and improve care to the mother before, during and after childbirth. I want to normalize radical self-care and support during this transformative time in your life, and I would love the opportunity to work with you!
