Walk with a Doc is a free community walking program with local chapters across the country.

Dr. Sheema Chawla from RRH Radiation Oncology will be leading this month’s walk on Saturday, February 21 from 9:30–10:30 AM at the Perinton Community Center.

The walk will begin with a brief talk on Colorectal Cancer followed by a group walk. This program is open to all ages and abilities. Feel free to share with patients, friends, and colleagues!

3. Virtual breast cancer support group starting in April 14,2026 and I am looking for collaborators & participants. I am Dr Liz Munoz and I am a breast cancer survivor and triple board certified physician (Lifestyle Medicine, Preventative Medicine & Public Health and Family Medicine) interested in starting a FREE virtual support group for prevention for those at risk of breast cancer, experiencing current breast cancer at any stage and breast cancer survivors who want to prevent recurrence. Of note, these interventions are intended as a supplement to treatment and not a replacement for treatment The group will focus on evidence based Lifestyle Medicine & Preventative Medicine interventions.
