Exciting news! We are now officially a recognized incorporated not-for-profit with the State of Illinois. "Rock for Mental Health" is the NFP. Rock & Run for Mental Health is the event held in September. We hope to officially be recognized as a 501c3 with the federal government soon, but there is a slight delay with the federal shutdown. Have a great weekend!

The Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026 is on Sunday September 13, 2026. It includes the following events: 5K, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, and Virtual 5k (Volunteers Only).
