Who else is slacking on exercise? I know I get irritable when it's been a while since I was physically active. Great weather in central Illinois this weekend to get out and get moving. Or binge-watch the show. Whatever floats your boat. No judgement. Do what makes you feel good.

SUPPORT LIVE MUSIC. We have been so fortunate to have bands that have volunteered their services for our charitable events over the years. Bands can't always do it, but it is greatly appreciated when they can as a nonprofit. So, we'd like to take a second to encourage you to go to shows, buy their merch, or give them a tip. This goes for the venues that host our events as well. Please, buy a beverage and tip a bartender or the sound engineer. They are taking their time, using their gas, to provide a great experience for attendees and to support mental health awareness. THANK YOU!
