Hi, friends.

Just wanted to take a second to check in. We have been promoting our upcoming events a lot lately, but the main thing is the main thing, mental health.

There is a lot going on in the world, and in everyone’s lives.

We say “be kind to your mind, and to others.”

Be kind to your mind. Because we are our own worst critics, ruminating thoughts, etc.

Be kind to others. We don’t know what others are going through.

You’re not alone. We rock together.
