You don’t always need full-face injections...

Most people just start with one area.

Strategic placement.
Natural movement.
Softer expression — not frozen.

It’s refinement, not reinvention.

Botox isn’t about freezing your face.

It’s about interrupting repetitive muscle contraction.

Every time you frown, squint, raise your brows — that movement etches into skin over time.

Botox doesn’t change who you are.

It changes how aggressively those lines set in.

Subtle > stiff.
Preventative > corrective.

That’s how I approach it.

One of my favorite things about building this practice is that I don’t have to do it alone.

Amanda started as a patient.
She experienced the work.
Now she’s stepping into concierge care for weight and hormone health.

Which honestly feels right.

Because this isn’t transactional medicine.
It’s layered.
It’s long-term.
It’s personal.

Her March to May schedule is open.
Mondays and Tuesdays.

If you’ve wanted more depth and follow-through, this is your window.

Not fully winter anymore (hopefully).
Not YET quite spring.

But things are starting to thaw.

Here's the reminder:
The ground softens before anything blooms.
It looks messy first. Mud season anyone?

I think our bodies are like that too.

You don’t jump from burnout to radiant.
You thaw.

You sleep a little better.
You lift a little heavier.
You drink more water.
You say no to one thing that’s draining you.

It’s not glamorous.
It’s not dramatic.
It’s slow.

But it’s movement.

If this winter felt heavy — emotionally, hormonally, physically —
don’t demand a glow-up overnight.

Start the thaw.

Sunlight before screens.
Protein before coffee.
Walk before scroll.

March doesn’t need a reinvention.
It needs steadiness.

I'm here for it 🥰

I'm exercising and lift weights because I want to age well.

Not because I’m chasing skinny.
Because I’m protecting muscle, bone, and balance.

Muscle protects metabolism.
Metabolism protects hormones.
Hormones affect mood, skin, sleep, everything.

This isn’t about aesthetics for me.
It’s about leverage.

We can’t out-supplement muscle loss.
We can’t out-inject low protein intake.

Foundations first.
Always.

Quick update since I showed my skin in stories yesterday —

Tetra CoolPeel Sunday this is 4 days out. A little dry and flaky but feeling sooo nice.

This is why I time laser the way I do. In the cooler (maybe frigid) months.

Less sun exposure.
Better healing.
More controlled collagen response.

I don’t do treatments randomly.
I plan them around my life, my hormones, my stress, my schedule.

And that’s what I help other women do too.

Strategic > impulsive.

Laser season isn’t about urgency.
It’s about timing.

A lot of us think we’re “falling apart.”

Weight shifting.
Skin changing.
Mood unpredictable.
Energy inconsistent.
Sleep lighter than it used to be.

It’s not random. And it’s not weakness.

It’s usually a combination of:
– stress staying elevated
– muscle mass slowly declining
– protein intake too low
– sleep debt accumulating
– hormones shifting without support

Most of us try to fix one piece at a time.

New skincare.
More cardio.
Less food.
Another supplement.

But our bodies are systems.

If we don’t address the system, we stay busy… not better.

That’s the difference between reactive care and strategic care.

It’s why I try to layer:
labs + lifestyle + muscle + sleep = targeted support.

Not quick fixes. Not chaos.

Stability.

Some weeks are harder and louder than others.
When life feels noisy, it's time to go back to structure.

Water.
Protein.
Sleep.
Movement.
Clear decisions.

Your body responds to stability.
Health isn’t built in perfect weeks.
It’s built in consistent ones.

Hydrate consistently.
Lift weights consistently.
Take the hormones correctly.
Do the laser in the right season.

It’s not sexy advice.

But the results are.

Amanda first came to us committed to her own health. She experienced the shift firsthand.

Now she steps into her role as Nurse Practitioner, focusing on in-office concierge care for lifestyle, weight, and hormone health.

Her schedule opens in March, with appointments available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We’re intentional about who joins this space. Growth here is built the same way results are — deliberately.

My favorite Saturdays and Sundays are slow and restorative.

Long books.
More tea.
Less internal noise.
Creative endeavors.
Planning the week with intention instead of reaction.

Your skin, weight, mood, and sleep respond to that same energy.

Calm. Consistent. Strategic.
