Air-fry Salmon Bowls - serves 2-3
(2) salmon filets, (we used wild king alaskan salmon)
rice
edamame
avocado
sesame seeds, optional
Marinade:
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Spicy Yogurt Sauce:
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp olive oil
Remove skin and cube salmon filets. Combine marinade and pour over the top. Gently toss to coat. Place cubes in air fryer at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. While they are air frying, prep rice, edamame, avocado and yogurt sauce. Assemble bowls, garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
