Turn your boring cup of oatmeal into a mouthwatering delight! These gluten-free Oatmeal Pear Bars, made with simple, wholesome ingredients, are packed with fiber and vitamins. A nutritious, allergy-friendly treat that's perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Oatmeal Pear Bars - makes 6-8 servings
crust:
1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1 1/3 cup flour of choice (we used GF)
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup pure maple syrup

filling:
(6) snack cup containers of diced pears, drain and reserve juices/water
1/4 cup pear juices/water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp arrowroot powder

glaze, optional:
3:1 ratio of powdered sugar and plain greek yogurt
⁃ mix and drizzle over sliced bars

Preheat oven to 350. Spray or line with parchment an 8” square baking dish. Mix together the crust ingredients. Set aside 1/2- 3/4 cup of the crust mixture and press the rest into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-22 minutes. While the crust is baking, prepare the filling by combining the pears, juices/water and cinnamon in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat. Once it comes to a boil, add arrowroot powder and stir until no lumps are visible and the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat. Remove crust from oven, top with pear mixture, place the reserved crumble on top of the pears and bake for an additional 20-22 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10-15 minutes. Serve & ENJOY!

This is our attempt to convince YOU to start making your own bread! Yes... YOU!

Did you know that the average store-bought sandwich bread contains 15-25 ingredients, including preservatives and additives? Since summertime food typically involves things quick, cool and easy (read: sandwiches), we want to encourage you to make one small step in the direction of taking your health into your own hands by making your own bread. This no-knead, super simple simple, artisan bread recipe is made with just four simple ingredients: flour, salt, yeast, and water. It will not only eliminate unnecessary additives but also ensures you know exactly what's in your food. A bonus? The process of baking your own bread can be incredibly empowering, giving you control over your diet and contributing to a healthier lifestyle! Let's get started...

No Knead Artisan Bread - makes 1 loaf
3 cups organic, unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cup warm water (105-110°)

Stir together the flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add the water and mix until the dough forms a ball. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and a damp towel. Let sit at room temperature for 18 to 24 hours after 24 hours, preheat the oven to 450°. Place the Dutch oven or Baking dish with a lid in the oven while the oven is preheating. Transfer the dough from the bowl onto a floured surface. For the dough into a ball, adding a few tablespoons more of flour, if needed. The dough will be loose and appear a bit flat. This is normal as this bread is very moist. Transfer the dough ball onto a large parchment sheet. Carefully remove the hot baking dish or Dutch oven from the oven. Gently lower the parchment paper holding the dough ball into the baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove the loaf from the baking dish and let cool on a rack. Slice and ENJOY!

Each cup of Teeccino Herbal Coffees & Teas is a healthful treat, brimming with natural energy, heart-healthy potassium, and prebiotic inulin. In other words, say goodbye to jitters and hello to a nourishing experience beyond your average cup of joe.

Packed with stimulating bitters, dandelion and chicory roots awaken bitter receptors in your liver, colon, and kidneys which activates your body's cleansing mode. The bitters also boast inulin, a prebiotic soluble fiber that nourishes your probiotics.

Inulin holds significance for individuals with diabetes, naturally impacting their health. As a non-digestible carbohydrate, it doesn't raise blood sugar levels, maintaining stability and avoiding complications. Inulin also acts as a prebiotic, promoting growth of beneficial gut bacteria. This supports balanced gut microbiota, linked to improved glucose control. Additionally, inulin enhances satiety and weight management, helping regulate food intake.

☕️ We challenge you to rethink your cup of joe and look into this delicious nourishing substitute that supports good health without compromising taste!
