The Mayo Clinic Young Investigators Research Symposium (YIRS) will occur on May 21, 2022 as a tri-site virtual conference. In order to promote additional participation across all three sites, the abstract deadline has been extended to 4/8!

Hoping to see many more young investigators (students, trainees, junior faculty) submit their research.

The social and well-being committees of MFA would like to invite you to join us in a private group on GroupMe. The purpose of this group is to promote outdoor activities and create connections/a community for our members. Rochester actually has several great outdoor hiking and biking trails/parks including Oxbow, Chester Woods, Quarry Hills, and White Waters as well as Douglas Trail for biking. We will organize frequent hiking and biking trips during this summer and would love to see you out there exploring nature with us!

Dear MFA members,

The social committee is bringing you a free drive-in movie night on 5/16/2021. We will offer 120 free tickets, one ticket for one vehicle. First come, first serve. The gate opens at 6pm with recorded live music. The movie show time is around 8:30-8:45. There will be 20+ picnic tables for you to enjoy. There will also be food trucks to purchase some delicious food.

In case of heavy rain, the alternative date is 5/23/2021.
