Full-Time Chiropractic Associate at our new location in Rochester with a focus on spinal trauma and a non-medicinal pain management approach.
Job Qualifications - Chiropractic License Required
Interpersonal skills: Form relationships with clients to make them comfortable and receptive to therapy and to build a strong client base.
Organizational skills: Keep patient records with thorough treatment plans and notes
Empathy: Use empathy to listen to clients’ symptoms and respond sympathetically to clients’ needs.
Motor skills and dexterity: Proficient adjusting skills
Decision-making: Assess and create a plan of treatment for their patients. They may also recommend other health care professionals if the patient’s needs are outside of their scope of practice.
Responsibilities
Perform initial exams
Establish & compose treatment plans/notes
Guide clients through their initial treatments and wellness care
Treat patients according to treatment plans
Order and read appropriate testing (X-rays, MRI’s, EMG’s, etc.)
Order and fit durable medical equipment
