As a mom with a very busy toddler going through all the usual toddler things, I try to feed him as natural and as healthy as one can of course thats not always the case. Lets be real!!

So for all my FLOURIDE FREE parents out there. These are two fabulous non toxic options that kids love and are my new go to that are HYDROXYAPATITE TOOTHPASTE!!
Of course no judgement because my son did flouride toothpaste on an off.

However for those that know flouride is a neurotoxin and pretty unhealthy for our littles who are learning to brush and swallow some of it.

These two contain hydroxyapatite or HA. Ha is a nature calcium phosphate in our bones an teeth. Our enamel is made up of 90% HA. This kind of toothpaste actually remineralizes the enamel, prevents cavities , and fends of existing cavities. Its heals the gums and whitens and calms sensativity. It actually heals from the inside. Best part its completely natural and nontoxic. Its way better than flouride and dentist are slowly starting to use this instead.
Coutries in the east like Japan have been using it for the last 40 years.

One of my newest finds!! For those that are lactose intolerant or have children that are this popcorn is a great for movie night. I personally love white cheddar popcorns and this really does taste just like it unlike alot of the others. Its definately my new go to movie night pop corn.

Now these muffins my little actually picked out as a treat himself and they happened to be perfect. Now i dont usually do sugary snacks for ronan but these mini muffins are great for a birthday or party day at school or daycare when you dont want your little to miss out. Although they are a little higher are on the sugar side they do work for alot of those allergies. Toddler tested and approved and believe me hes very picky.😄

These cookies can be found at any local walmart and are free of pretty much all the main allergens making them great as well for those party or birthday days at school or daycare. As busy moms we dont always have tine to be in the kitchen. These arent overly sweet but they are picky toddler approved and there is many differents kinds.

And no my child doesnt eat just vegan or plant based .. these just all happen to be.

If you're ever considering home birth, here is another local resource for you!. Midwives with experience and knowledge even when things get a little challenging.
And yes breech birth is possible with out a c section be it in a hospital and even at home💚💚

So happy to have helped Merritt into the world even in a breech position! With my daughter being born at home in breech as well, Merritt's birth was very dear to my heart. I'm thankful for the trust these parents had in me to help them during this time and for all the midwives providing options for breech babies to be born vaginally.

‼️‼️As some might have noticed I havent been on social media these last few months.
I have been taking a break from business and focusing on myself and my family. I have been taking some time to improve my mental and physical health as well as spending lots of time with my little one.

However, I am still here for all your postpartum questions and talks. I think with the new year coming I will be opening up my books and availability again soon. Stay posted.

And all my new mamas and parents out there. I see you. And you all are doing amazing. To all the new babies to come. Im very excited for you to join us earthside. Mamas yall are doing great!!!
