🔵 Wednesday 7:00pm – Open & Ease
Shoulders and neck focus with subtle breathwork to soften stress held in the heart and throat — restoring space and ease.
🌿 Friday 7:30am – Expand & Breathe
A breath-centered practice to awaken prana, improve flow, and start the day feeling open, clear, and energized.
These practices are gentle, intentional, and designed to support real life — stress relief, pain awareness, and nervous system balance. As always, these practices are for everyone, no experience required. 🙏❤️
