Many beautiful people gathered to receive healing messages from the other side last night. The common theme was “you can do it” even when things get tough.

A number of souls came through who took their own life leaving a deep hole in the hearts of their loved ones. They were strong reminders we don’t need to carry it all ourselves as well as for others, and not to run and hide from ourselves, our pain, and struggles.

Unfortunately su***de is more prevalent than we realize. There are ALWAYS other ways to deal with what’s hard and there is no shame in vulnerability. ♥️ We cannot and should not do life alone.
