What we're about

Luminous Girl's was founded by four professional women looking to empower & unite women of all sizes & shapes with a creative & active lifestyle. We are located in the Greater Rochester & Surrounding Area. And are looking to start a Movement.

We are dedicated to promoting confidence and self-love. We are creating a social hub where women can come together, embrace their curves, explore new places & try new activities.

We are creating a community where we can explore different fitnesses, self-improvement, health and wellness activities together. Have you always wanted to try that yoga class? go hiking? learn to paint? learn how to fence? take dance lessons? Well, this is your chance to give it a try in a completely accepting & welcoming environment. Let's explore all this great city has to offer & create an awesome group to support each other.

The Ladies of Luminous will be offering great give-a-ways, planning fun brunches,
annual rejuvenation retreats & events that celebrate us!

We have plenty of free parking behind our building (our parking lot located directly next to the German house parking lot of Gregory St. you will see signs that say 696 & 700 parking), we also have street parking directly across from us in front of 701 South Ave. and in the public park lot kiddie corner from our studio.

Throwback Thursday!!!
The 1940s hairstyles for women were very elegant, glamorous, classic, romantic and terribly chic. To get those great hairstyles, women had to stay coiffing their hairs into tight ringlets and waves for long hours and maybe for days too.
