Last but not least- our last senior spotlight! Meet Erica Shroff PGY3!

✨Hometown: Chicago, IL
✨Hobbies: Cooking new recipes, spending time with my fiancé/ family especially my nieces and nephews (I have 5 total!), traveling✈️ to new places, attending concerts🎶, hiking🗻, photography📸, painting, training for half marathons🏃🏽‍♀️, and orange theory classes 🍊
✨Favorite part about residency: The people🫶! The attendings and co-residents make work fun and a great learning experience. It’s also rewarding to look back and reflect on how much you’ve grow as a person / doc in such a short period of time!
✨Post grad plans: joining an outpatient practice …maybe with a mix of inpatient? Also want to get my MPH vs MBA!
✨Fun fact: I’ve lived in 9 difference places in my 29 years of life!

Happy Sunday! Time for another senior spotlight 💡let’s give it up for Tahlianna Almonte PGY3!
✨Hometown: Wayne, NJ
✨Hobbies: Spending time with baby and family whenever I can. Also doing anything active! 🏃🏻‍♀️
✨Favorite part about residency: Being able to work with and learn from friends
✨Fun fact: Started doing jujitsu in medical school for stress relief and have been hooked ever since 🥋
✨Post grad plans: Sports Medicine Fellowship
