We offer primary care, which gives veterans access to essential healthcare. We build long-term, patient-provider relationships that allows us to best treat you and your family. Losing weight can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone! Rather you have pre-diabetes, diabetes type 2, PCOS, obesity or binge eating disorder, we use prescription weight loss medicine along with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar (glucose), weight loss, and health. Medications for weight loss might not be recommended for everyone. Schedule a meeting with a board-certified medical provider to see if you qualify.

How it works:
