During this session, Abby holds space for expressions and explorations of griefs, whether they are due to loss of a loved one, a life change, or simply the grief of navigating a world in polycrisis. You will explore shifts in identity due to grief, and Abby will companion you as a griever and as you move towards establishing your own sense of identity in the wake of what's been lost or changed.

These sessions help people feel held, seen, heard, and validated in their grief experience, and ultimately often leave feeling lighter and freer than prior to the time spent.

Full Moon in Cancer has brought about truth, connection, and a deep coming home to self.

Our gathering this evening tuned into the energy of the moon. We answered journal prompts and engaged in several rituals as well as a guided meditation. We also created sigils and drew them into our candle holders.

A lovely, meaningful evening was had by all.

Educating people about the connection we have to the cycles of our planet and our celestials has such a huge place in my heart. When I started following the lunar cycles, my life changed. My manifestations amplified, my personal healing escalated, and I grew into my most authentic self. If I can share my story and understanding with others, hold space and offer insight to some prayers with props, I feel accomplished and joyful.

I hope you’ll join me next month for our next full moon gathering. I promise to deliver a most amazing moon circle.
