I'm excited for the in-person event happening tomorrow in Hampton, NH at the Holistic Health Hive Collaborative & Education Center .

In life it may be easy to lose sight of where on your journey you are…

How much youve grown… how far youve come… how differently your already showing uo to this pattern than you have before in tge past….

The funny thing is… if youve never know it before you havee to learn it from sonewhere and that takes time andd every once in a while we may fall off to learn what needs some more work or focus…

And based on that perception you may feel like you’re drowning and can’t make it through what you’re facing… or you’re doing it wrong… and I can assure you that you are not…🌀

You are right where you need to be … and as soon as you can surrender into the reality of how far you’ve come to get here… you will find your way out of it…

🌀with the proper motivation
🌀with more energy
🌀and with more grace than before

What often happens before a big breakthrough is things feel bigger, they feel heavier and they get faced with inner resistance that shows up in the form of judgment…

Remember to judge is am to stay… to force is to get stuck and to resist is to continue to face…

So ask yourself what am I not facing… what about this situation or reaction in myself am I not accepting… and what is a healed and divine source of support that I need in this moment…

Take the time to reflect expand… open up… and ask the questions…

I promise you the answers are normally a lot easier than we’ve made them out to be…

So don’t quit… don’t give up… and keep going!
