Today, I say good-bye. It's moving day and the day that the torch gets passed to Stefsha.

I just want to take a moment to thank all my clients for your continued support throughout the years. It's hard to believe it has been 19 years already.

🌼 A New Chapter for RTWS 🌼

Hi friends,

As I step into a new season of semi-retirement, I’m feeling both grateful and excited to share some news with you. RTWS will soon be in the hands of a wonderful new therapist, and I couldn’t feel more confident about the future of the practice.

Her name is Stef — and let me tell you, she’s fantastic! You’ll get to know her more very soon, but in the meantime, here’s a little photo of the two of us to mark this exciting transition.

Many of you know how much I love sharing health and wellness tips, from helpful stretches to essential oils and supplements — anything to help you feel your best. That passion isn’t going anywhere!
