This woman here deserves it all! She is a Mom to five young, busy kiddos, ages 2 - 10! She is our rock, works from home while simultaneously playing Anna & Elsa with our 2 year old, keeps all our schedules organized on a calendar that that has more highlighter colors than you could imagine, finds time to get the kids ready and get everyone dinner in the ten minutes between ending work and leaving for ball games, plays, you name it! Fits in time for us to play games or sit and color or another fun family event even when we’ve been on the go and have to get to bed because she knows how important the fun, bonding time is too! She never misses an event, field trip, doctor appointment. She has become a dedicated advocate, passionate researcher, caring best friend, and educator for and to our children. She has the talent to discipline while making the kids feel even more loved. She loves them and everyone in her path fully and unconditionally and even on the most exhausting of days, she’ll be there sleeping on the floor of the kids or snuggled in a toddler bed to help through nightmares, calm anxieties, or hold hands while talking through a tough day. She loves, plays, laughs, jokes, cries and holds her babies. She has five besties! She may have to-do lists scattered all over the house, that don’t always have many items checked off, she may be exhausted, and not get to her own wants or needs everyday, she may say she feels like a “hot mess”, but she always expresses how happy and grateful and lucky she is to be the Mother of our children and how she feels like they’ve made all her dreams come true. We are definitely the lucky ones.

My wife and the mother of my 4 yr old deserves LASIK as she's been through a lot in the last several years. We struggled with infertility for 6 yrs before our daughter was conceived via IVF. Once our daughter turned 1, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent 6 months of chemo and 8 weeks radiation. She has been through so much heartache and loss in the last 8 years that she deserves to have her day brightened with LASIK. She has worn glasses/contacts since she was about 8. LASIK would make her life easier and she so deserves for something to be "easy" for once.

Hi, My name is Carter and I am 6 months old and my Gramma is helping me nominate my Mommy for this best Mother's Day gift ever (beside me, of course)! This is my Mommy's 1st Mother's Day and would love to see her win! Beside my Mommy being the best Mommy ever, I am at the age where I like to grab my Mommy's glasses off her face every chance I get. I would love to chew on them too, but Mommy doesn't let me. How awesome would it be for her to get up in the middle of the night with me and be able to see without fumbling for glasses? Sometimes I smash my head into her face since I am still working on controlling my movements. Anyone who has ever worn glasses would agree, that hurts!! I take up so much of Mommy's time and I can be a handful sometimes, chasing down glasses just adds to her extremely busy life. Giving Mommy the gift of Lasik would be a godsend to her. My Mommy does EVERYTHING for me and I would love to win 20/20 vision for her since she can't afford Lasik on her own. My diapers and formula alone are a huge expense. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish for my LASIK procedure. I have worn contacts since the 6th grade and always struggled with my vision. Within 24 hours of my surgery I have 20/15 crystal clear vision. The whole entire staff was super supportive from start to finish and Doctor Hanuch was first class! Had cataract surgery done on both eyes by Dr. Hanuch. The whole experience was positive, with professional and compassionate treatment by him and his staff throughout. I was very nervous about this surgery at the outset, but can say that all my concerns were addressed and fears relieved. I was comfortable and pain-free during and after both surgeries. Best of all, my vision is so much improved and I'm loving the new freedom it gives me. I highly recommend Cornerstone!
