This morning, we gathered in prayer and reflection for Ash Wednesday at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd in the Episcopal Church Home. We were honored to welcome The Rt. Rev. Kara Wagner Sherer, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester, NY, who led us in worship and helped mark the beginning of the Lenten season.

Residents and team members from Beatrice Place and Ellen's Place sampled, savored and seriously considered every bite—but in the end, the tie simply could not be broken… no matter how many delicious “just one more” tastes were required.

Some mysteries may never be solved. One thing is certain: everyone won.
