This past decade has been one of the most challenging chapters of my life.

It all started with the constant influx of life changes—house construction, multiple deaths in the family, raising two kids, running a business all while healing from a car wreck that left me in constant physical pain. It seemed like every time I got my footing, something new would knock me off balance.

To say my plate was and is full would be an understatement.

Through all of this, for about 3 years my anxiety skyrocketed. Sleepless nights became routine, and I felt like I was constantly running on fumes. In the past, this combination of stressors would have left me utterly drained and defeated. But today? I'm not just surviving—I’m thriving.

How, you ask?

My journey led me to discover the power of the BEMER device. This incredible tool has supported me by improving my blood circulation, promoting healing, and restoring my energy when I thought I had nothing left to give. It’s helped me bounce back from sleepless nights and long days, keeping me grounded and able to show up for my family and my business.
