Important Update!

As of November 25th, our office will be saying goodbye to JaneApp and transitioning to a brand new EHR system through ChiroUp!

We have been utilizing ChiroUp for almost a decade to send patients at-home therapeutic exercises. Once ChiroUp announced their new EHR system, it was a no-brainer to make the transition as soon as it was available!

With going live in 17 days, we wanted to make sure we gave our patients enough notice on what to expect when coming in for your appointment.

As a reminder, this will be a learning curve for not only our patients, but also our team as we navigate the system and gain a rhythm. This means we may need to trial-and-error some of our processes until we get it just right.

We understand change can be scary, but our team is dedicated to making this a seamless experience for everyone. We will be here as a guide and support for any questions or concerns you have during this time.

We simply ask for your patience and understanding while our office walks through a new and improved chapter!

A third-party site, ooot.com, hijacked our booking URL without our permission. Clicking it leads to their platform, not ours. Booking appointments through this site does not link to our schedule since we are not affiliated with them in any way.

Please avoid using this function on our Google profile until we've provided an update on a resolution. Google mentioned this may take 5+ business days to resolve as they get in touch with the third party site and request they remove their URL from our business profile.

In the meantime, we ask that you book directly at www.rhfamilychiro.com by clicking the orange "Schedule an Appointment" button. This will lead you to the correct online booking tool through Jane App.
