Spring is my favorite season- it is a time of renewal, rebirth, and growth. One thing I have learned through walking meditation is the importance of taking your time getting there- appreciating every movement and every moment along your journey.

Think back to one year ago and tell me one thing you are proud of. One thing you know you have improved upon or that you have overcome 💗

We often (and I am so guilty of this) look only to the future- what more can we do? How can life be better? How can we be better, stronger, wealthier, happier?

What we don't do often is look at the amazing things we have overcome and how strong we already are 💪 How wealthy we are not only in a financial sense, but for breathing air each day 😌 We hardly ever look back on days that were truly happy and just enjoy a moment thinking about them- often mine involve something as simple as a hike with my children 🍂🌳

👇 If you feel led, please share something you have overcome or something you've accomplished just in this last year OR a time this past year when you were just in a happy place. Then I encourage you to take five minutes with your eyes closed and just sit with that accomplishment or in that happy moment. A simple act like this can give you an afternoon boost 💗
