Phase 1 Compliant Chili! 🥣

Recipe courtesy of Ideal Appeal!

1 lb 1/2-2 lb lean ground beef
2 Chopped red peppers
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion power
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1-2 cans diced chilis (4oz)
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups low sugar sauce
1 cup beef broth

Place all ingredients into the crock pot on high for 4 hours. Take lid off and let simmer for 30 minutes before serving.

Phase 1️⃣- serve with diced onion and serve with Ranch dorados

Maintenance- Heat and warm 1/4 cup of pre-seasoned chili beans and serve chili over beans. Top with cheese and 1 tbsp sour cream
