Ahauve brings over a decade of dedicated yoga practice to every class she teaches at West End Wellness. What began as a personal journey in high school evolved into a transformative practice during her time at Emory, where she deepened her connection to the philosophy and physicality of yoga. She formalized her teaching credentials through Baptiste Power Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program and has since led classes across Tennessee and Rochester, Minnesota—all while pursuing her medical training.

With a unique background blending Human Health and Dance, Ahauve creates classes that are as thoughtful as they are dynamic. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone, and her teaching reflects this commitment through inclusive, strength-building sequences that honor both flow and mindfulness. On and off the mat, Ahauve’s mission is to empower her students to feel stronger, more connected, and more authentically themselves!

Meet Si Lou one our Talented Wellness Instructors:

Si started practicing yoga in high school after moving to the US with her family. When she felt alone or disoriented as she adjusted, yoga was one of the first things that helped her feel connected to the community. She fell in love with not only the practice of yoga but also the connections she’s made because of it. Si enjoys different styles of yoga but she finds a heated space more effectively quiets down her mind and removes distractions.

Si completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training at Carolina Yoga Company in 2019 and is excited to share and practice yoga with the community in Rochester. In class, you can expect a mix of strong vinyasa-style movements with creative variations, lots of sweat, rounded out with sprinklings of breathwork.
