Success Story: Jill 💜
Jill, 66, began her rehabilitation journey after being admitted with lumbar radiculopathy and hip pain. When she first started therapy, she needed significant assistance with daily tasks, mobility, and personal care.
With determination, consistency, and a positive attitude, Jill made incredible progress. By the time she was discharged, she had regained independence with personal hygiene, required only minimal set-up for dressing and toileting, and progressed from needing hands-on assistance with mobility and transfers to walking independently in her room and up to 40 feet with a rolling walker under supervision.
Jill’s motivation never wavered, and she was overjoyed to safely return home to her apartment. We are so proud of the hard work she put in to reach her goals!
