The Medicare Open Enrollment period is from October 15th until December 7th each year. If you want to get your prescriptions filled at GuidePoint Pharmacy,
go to Medicare.gov and enter your information, drug list, and enter Guidepoint Pharmacy as one of your pharmacy choices. You will be shown several options and can compare costs for each one and find one that works for you.
OR
Simply call The Senior LinkAge Line® 1-800-333-2433 from 8 am to 4:30 pm weekdays. They will walk you through the process and help you choose a plan that will work for you. We suggest that you do either of these steps even if you plan to use an insurance agent to see if there is a plan available to you for less expense than the agent can offer you.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are asking you to help us do our part to limit the spread and ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We are trying our best to remain healthy for all of you so we can continue to provide pharmacy services to the communities that we serve, which is our top priority.

We will continue to offer our free mailing and local delivery services, if allowed by your insurance plan. We are committed to keeping our customers and staff safe.

We have integrated text messaging into our pharmacy software, so we can receive and send text messages directly to your mobile phones. Please call 507-288-6463 or text us at 507-607-7236 with the medications that you need, and we will mail, deliver, or get them set up for in-store pick-up.

To maintain social distancing and optimize safety for our deliveries we are asking that you have a credit card on file to be used for any amounts due. The card information is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone once it is entered into your file. This eliminates the handling and exchange of money at the time of delivery which helps protect both you and the delivery driver.

Our goal is to maintain the same access to our services that you’ve counted on for years. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make adjustments to help put the needs of our communities first.
