We respond 24 hours-per-day to over 9,000 requests for service each year with our fleet of 13 emergency vehicles. Our caregivers s are certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Life Support (ALS), providing the very best care to you in your time of need. No matter what type of medical emergency, Henrietta Ambulance will arrive quickly and offer professional, courteous pre-hospital treatment

to you. In addition, we provide a number of other services to the community including a free loan closet for residents, blood pressure checks and free community CPR/AED training.

All ambulances and emergency medical response vehicles across New York State will soon be required to have dash cameras. While most of the larger EMS agencies in the region are already equipped with them, the smaller ones will have to come up with cash to meet the upcoming mandate.

Congratulations to Deputy Chief Shane O'Donnell and Captain David DeCanzio for their amazing work on this project and for being recognized by The National Association of EMS Physicians - Naemsp. Our patient’s are benefiting from all of their work.

We recognized outstanding work from the Menegazzi Scientific Sessions with the presentation “Improving First Pass Success Without Peri-Intubation Hypoxia: A Regional Quality Improvement Initiative in Drug-Assisted Airway Management.”
