1. Proper Exercise: acts as a lubricating routine to the joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and other parts of the body by increasing circulation ,flexibility and strength.

2. Proper Breathing: aids the body in connecting to its battery, the solar plexus, where tremendous energy is stored. When tapped through specific yoga breathing techniques (pranayama), this energy is released for physical and mental rejuvenation and healing.

3. Proper Relaxation: cools down the system, as does the radiator of a car. When the body and mind are continually overworked, their efficiency diminishes. Relaxation is nature’s way of recharging the body, calming the mind, and connecting with the spirit.

4. Proper Diet: provides the correct fuel for the body and the calm clarity of the mind. Optimum utilization of food, air, water and sunlight is essential. It consists of food products that have the most positive effects on the body and mind, while having the fewest negative effects on the environment and on other creatures.

5. Meditation, Prayer and Positive thinking: restore peace of mind and clarifies the thoughts, offering a true vision of your Being and purpose. As the intellect is purified, the spiritual Self is brought into focus and the lower egoic nature is controlled and re-directed through steadiness and higher thought. I heard one my teachers, a long while back now, say “think of your body as a dearest friends or a child that you take care of”.

And sometimes we need to be reminded of that.

If you heard me say something similar in classes, thats where it came from. Much often I myself forget to take care of myself in that way, but at the end of each class after savasana, when I give myself a hug I once again remember 💕

✍️ Learn to draw a traditional Hindu mandala adding your own personal, creative touch!

Description: In this 2.5 hour class you will learn and practice making a beautiful mandala of your own as you get in to the creative flow of meditation.

You’ll get to explore colors, different medium and different styles as the instructor shows you tricks and techniques for an easy start.

🔹 Participants will learn the basics of creating mandalas and experience the meditative process through creative flow.

🔹 No experience necessary. All supplies are provided. But if you have experience, you’ll enjoy creating one with us and bringing your creative energy to a group!

🔹 You will leave with the mandala you’ve created and tools to continue the process on your own.

✏️ Each student will take home a mini starter kit to use on their own. ( 1 pencil, 1 (tactical) pen, 1 guided sheet)

Description: A 75 min introductory series to Breathwork.

✨The workshop will begin with a brief overview of the nervous system and how our mind and body is connected through breath.

✨After which we will dive in and practice Pranayama ( breath control and connection ) techniques to manipulate our breathing system, creating measurable and significant changes right away. As a result you will experience a calming effects to the nervous system and gain tools to take with you outside of class for lasting results.

✨In addition, we will explore specific postures to establish diaphragmatic breathing and begin to form new patters for, often unnoticed an under-performing respiratory system., due to stress or habitual lifestyles of gadget use and computers.

🔹For most of us it’s a continuous practice of balance; grounding when we are anxious 😟, overwhelmed... feeling all over the place.

✨Yoga teaches us the importance of self study, recognizing the signs of imbalance to bring harmony.

The practice of awareness benefits not only on an individual level, but also how we are in a relationships ... therefore the chain reaction has begun . 🙌🙌 .
