During cranial sessions, sometimes something unexpected happens.

😮‍💨A patient might sigh deeply.

💭A memory might surface.
🕊️Or there might simply be a feeling of lightness afterward.

In cranial work, we call this ✨Somato-Emotional Release✨- a term developed by Dr. John Upledger, one of the pioneers of modern craniosacral therapy.

💡The idea is simple: Our bodies don’t just hold physical tension; they can also hold emotional tension. When the nervous system feels safe and supported, those stored layers can gently let go and we normally see it pave the way for some deep physical healing too.

💋 Pucker up, buttercup!

This easy DIY Lip Balm is the perfect little Valentine’s gift — sweet, simple, and totally customizable. 💖✨

🛒 You’ll Need:
Equal parts beeswax pastilles, shea butter & coconut oil
15–20 drops essential oils (peppermint + vanilla = dreamy 😍)
Lip balm tubes or small jars

🥣 How To:
1️⃣ Melt beeswax, shea butter, and coconut oil over low heat (double boiler style).
2️⃣ Let cool 1–2 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir in essential oils.
4️⃣ Pour into containers and let harden.

💄 Ratio: 1 tbsp each of beeswax, shea butter & coconut oil + 15–20 drops EO.

↔️ Stretch your neck left and right, hold (x5 each side)
↕️ Tuck chin down, then lift gently up (x5)
🔁 Roll your shoulders backward (x10)
🔃 Reach arms up and back like a snow angel (x10)
🐔If unable to fully extend, modify by placing your hands on your shoulders to create a ‘chicken wing’ and then lift your elbows upwards and back.
