Spotlighting Lion and Lamb Fitness in Greater Rochester, owned by Jen, a passionate instructor with over 20 years of experience and 3 years as a gym owner. She believes in nurturing mind, body, and soul for a healthy, full life.

Mary, our Owner, is a dedicated member and longtime participant in Jen’s classes. Lion and Lamb welcomes women of all ages, many over 50, who value health and fitness.

Jen also teaches speech pathology in the Greece Central School District, and opened this gym after years of instructing at other facilities.

With her gym members’ support, Jen has raised funds for organizations like the Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester and Samaritan's Purse, which supports those affected by war, poverty, and famine.
